National Reform Party of Belize started as a dream in the heart of Cornelius Dueck. God had called him to serve the country. After much insistence and setbacks, in March 2006 convocation of the Christian Leaders was made at the Biltmore Plaza. Many people responded to the challenge, since they understood the need for a major change in our country Belize. Another meeting was called in May and as a result a Core Group was established to begin the ground work for the establishment of National Reform Party. Time has taken its toll on the enthusiasm of many who began; others had their personal agendas; yet others caught the vision of Cornelius Dueck.

The potential of this country is great. The Belizean people need to come to grips with a grim, chaotic and unpromising future of our nation. We need to wake up from this slumber and join hands in seizing the opportunity that God is putting in our hands to make a difference. As our motto states: “If it doesn’t work, fix it!”

• Everyone has a chance to take up the challenge in the forthcoming election.
• Everyone has to show with their votes that Belize will have a better future for everyone.
• Everyone can start dreaming again of a different Belize. Spread the word.

Belize, a nation which recognizes that men and institutions remain free only when freedom is founded upon respect for moral and spiritual values and the rule of law, was founded upon principles that acknowledges: the supremacy of the Triune God; respect for human rights and fundamental freedoms; the position of the family as the cornerstone in a society of free men and free institutions; the dignity of the human person and the equal and inalienable rights with which all members of the human family are endowed by their Creator; and also believes that the will of the people shall form the basis of government in a democratic society in which the government is freely elected by universal adult suffrage, and in which all persons may, to the extent of their capacity, play some part in the institutions of national life and thus develop and maintain due respect for lawfully constituted authority.

• We plan to have area representatives in the 31 constituencies and contest the upcoming general elections.
• We are a Christian-based political party. All members are men and women of high moral standards, strong educational background and integrity.
• We forsee the youths are the leaders of tomorrow, so we must support this destiny.
• We honor those in authority and fully respect the current leaders that serve our country.
• Our heart is to serve this nation with the fear of God as our driving force with zero-tolerance for corruption.
